Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Stirling, Stirlingshire. £15k + Bonuses Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Our client, An independent Scottish motor group have a vacancy for an experienced Motor trade service advisor. A customer service advisor deals directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required As a service advisor you will need to demonstrate: A professional manner both in person and on the telephone Good communication skills Good organisational skills The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand The ability to use computer systems (Kerridge experience preferable) Take ownership of issues to ensure that they are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer Effective explanation of service invoices to customers The ability to build sound and long term relationships with customers The position is demanding yet extremely fulfilling and provides the opportunity for a long stable and rewarding career.
