We have been asked to source a motor industry experienced Service Advisor/Receptionist, for our clients, a highly reputable car dealership in Hampshire.


The role of the Service Advisor/Receptionist has the following key responsibilities:
Liaising with customer face to face and over the phone in relation to vehicle repairs and maintenance
Maximize customer awareness of all available services offered by the retailer
Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times
Work as a part of the team to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
Liaise with all other departments

Key Skills:
Great customer service skills
Personable and Organised
Excellent telephone skills (command written and verbal English)
Ability to multi task


Our client offers a salary from 18k-22k + Bonus as well as the opportunity to work in a real team environment. You will have experience of working in the role within a franchised car dealership and have good working knowledge of Kerridge.
