Experienced Motor Trade Service Manager
Sheffield Monday – Friday 8-5, Sat am on rota 8-12.30
£35,000 OTE + company car
Our client requires an experienced Automotive Service Manager for their successful prestige main dealership in the Sheffield area.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the day to day running of the Service department overseeing 14 members of staff.
Working to targets, set on a monthly and annual basis, the successful candidate will be expected to not only meet but also beat these targets.
As the Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for managing and developing your team whilst ensuring that CSI levels reach and exceed targets.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for using group systems to plan, forecast and report on results for the departments. A strong knowledge of marketing and customer focus is required.
DMS knowledge is essential, ideally Kerridge; as is a positive team orientated work ethic. Motor Trade experience is essential.
