Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Aberdeen £16,500 + bonuses Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Our client, a small but very professional dealer group pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service and due to an increase in service traffic require an experienced service adviser. As a service advisor you will need to demonstrate: · A professional manner both in person and on the telephone · Good communication skills · Good organisational skills · The ability to gather technical information and relay it in a way that customers will understand · The ability to use computer systems (Kerridge experience preferable) · Take ownership of issues to ensure that they are dealt with to the satisfaction of the customer · Effective explanation of service invoices to customers · The ability to build sound and long term relationships with customers This can be a very demanding position and only experienced service advisers who thrive on being busy should apply.
