Our client a very large and highly successful motor group currently have a vacancy for an experienced Workshop Controller, to join their site based in London.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily control of the workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of workshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all workshop colleagues.
You will be responsible for maintaining external supplier relationships as well as covering for the Service Manager in their absence.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience within this role, ideally within a main dealer.
You must be hardworking, determined and ready for a challenge!
It is essential that applying candidates are highly organised and efficient due to the size of the workshop!
