Automotive Motor Trade Service Advisor in St Helens, Merseyside.

£14 – 16.5k basic plus bonus

Mon – Fri 8.45 – 17.45pm
Sat on rota

Due to expanding opportunities, our Motor Trade clients in Chester, Cheshire is able to offer an exciting career move for an experienced Automotive Service advisor to join this dynamic Motor Trade team.

Motor Trade Customer Service Focus

· Move towards every situation with a desire to understand and deliver

· Pay attention effectively and communicate clearly

· Use every contact with the customer to build a relationship

· Take responsibility to ensure nothing is left to chance

Service Advisor Operational / Commercial Focus

· Respond to customer requests

· Booking in vehicles for service / repair

· Checking in vehicles

· Track vehicle through the workshop

· Handover the vehicle

· Achieve incremental sales

· Use Computer Systems effectively

· Handle your own performance

· Contribute to effective working

· Deal with customer complaints

· Contribute to improved service processes

Education

· Minimum GCSE in Maths and English

Experience

· Previous Motor Trade Technical / Service experience

· Computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet

· Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service with in the Motor Trade
