A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a Senior Service Advisor to join a large volume dealership based in Middlesex.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to:
Assist with customers, both face to face and by telephone.
Raise job cards, and liaise with the workshop.
Progress work, and gain authorisation, for added work.
Invoice and collect payments.
Upsell.
Handle courtesy vehicles.
You will need to have at least two years previous experience within this role.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, hardworking and who are now looking to progress their career further within the motor trade.
You must also have previous main dealer experience, as this is a very busy and demanding role!
Excellent salary on offer for the right person.
