This prestigious motor trade dealership based in Middlesex is looking to employ an experienced Service Advisor, to work within their busy friendly Service Department. The position is primarily a Customer Service role and your main responsibility will be to liaise with customers both face to face and over the telephone.

You must have at least two years recent service experience within a main dealer. Excellent personal and interpersonal skills and customer handling techniques are also essential requirements for this role. The ability to remain calm within a pressured environment is also of paramount importance!

This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for greeting customers to the service reception and booking vehicles in to the workshop for repair, opening job cards, advising customers on duration of service, gaining authorization for additional work, organizing courtesy cars as well as arranging collections and deliveries. You will also be liaising with customers; advising on progress, seeking authority to carry out further repair, taking payments and dealing with complaints.
