AFTERSALES MANAGER, MIDDLE EAST £43k plus Bonus & Benefits, All TAX FREE HCP INTERNATIONAL An exciting opportunity has arisen with our Middle East client, they are importers with a number of franchises; Japanese, German, US, Chinese and European. They have an opportunity for a Aftersales Manager who will have responsibility for fourteen technicians selling approximately 1800 hours per month and with a parts department monthly turnover of £60,000 +. The workshop is being expanded by a further six work-bays next month with the addition of a brand new aftersales facility next year. REQUIREMENTS -Current experience in Aftersales Management -Detailed knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business -Understanding of dealership corporate philosophy, image and identity -Consolidated knowledge of dealer parts activities -Basic technical understanding -Good MS Office skills -Excellent English language skills -Good oral and written communication skills -Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding -Ability to establish and cultivate manufacturer relationships
