An excellent opportunity has arisen for Service Managers to join a Central European Automotive distribution company. Our client is a highly successful company who generate EUR 348m across seven Central and Eastern European countries. The position entails the following: 

• Management and motivation of large teams
• Assignment of tasks and follow up controls
• Communication with the HR department and the overseeing of second interviews for the Service Team
• Weekly reporting to Senior Managers in the Operations Department
• Pricing of repairs
• Organizing of proper working tools and working conditions
• Overall supervision of the standard and execution of repairs.

You should be an open, approachable person with background in the Motor Trade, time flexible with an attention to detail, precise and well organised.
