Motor Trade Job, Service Advisor required in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Basic: £14,500k
OTE: £18-£19k
Our client, a volume franchised main car dealership, has an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join their motor trade business in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It is essential you have previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Main Dealership; and be fully familiar with Kerridge.
You will book customer vehicles in; take telephone calls; keep customers up-to-date with their vehicle progress through the workshop; and utilize all up-sale opportunities.
You must have excellent customer service skills; be well organized; and be a strong team player.
