Service Administrator for a Prestige Dealer based in Swansea £15,000 to £17,000 + benefits + Bonus Location: Swansea Ref No : CL35413 MUST HAVE MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE !!!! 40 HOUR WEEK !!!!!! Our client is a leading Prestige motor franchise and they are currently recruiting an experienced administrator to join the Service team. You must be a strong administrator with at least 2 years previous experience, any knowledge or previous mechanical experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential as full product training is given. The role does offer full training providing you have the necessary administration experience including IT skills, ability to multitask, excellent communication skills and a team player. The role will be dealing with account queries, ensuring all service documents are completed as accurately as possible, maintain the customer records, liaise effectively with customer booking, workshop loading and parts divisions, inputting completed job cards, and vehicle invoicing, ensure all customer complaints are dealt with speedily and effectively in order to maintain very high customer service standards.
