Service Advisor for Motor Trade Dealership – Buckinghamshire
Salary: £18,000-£22,000k Basic + Bonus £4,000 - £8,000k + OTE £22K - £30K
Location: Buckinghamshire

This well established Motor Trade Dealership are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor with a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience to join their successful Motor Trade Dealership Buckinghamshire. This company are very performance related and so tend to achieve all their goals You will need to possess excellent communication skills, and be able to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets.

Duties of the Service Advisor include:
Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
Raising job cards
Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out
Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining a high quality service to the customer
Using the computer system Kerridge on a daily basis
Using one link system for authorising work for leasing companies
You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction
