Service Advisor £22k Basic/£28k OTE (phone number removed) Berkshire Our client requires an experienced Service Adviser for their dealership in Berkshire. You will be responsible for - maximising service sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques - creating customer confidence in the company by ensuring a professional performance - ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication - recording customer requirements and details accurately - recording vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow-up system - effectively operating a service department loading system You must be confident, have the necessary pre-requisite skills and have worked as a service adviser in a dynamic environment For further details contact Sukh at HCP International on (phone number removed) or (email address removed) To apply for this position you must be a resident in the UK.
