Job Description

We have been instructed to locate an Aftersales Manager for an independent franchised dealership group in S.Wales.
Our client is looking for an experienced manager with both a service and parts background. Ideally you will also have experience of bodyshop management, although this is not a requirement. The successful applicant will control the aftersales function through the existing service team leader at the larger dealership and through the service team at the other site. The total of service staff employed currently is 14 with an additional team at the bodyshop. You will be expected to manage the business to ensure targets are met with hours sold and workshop efficiency achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive group and salary package will be negotiable.
