Service manager required for busy Main Dealership based in Lancashire

Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 +OTE £40K+Car+Fuel+Pension+Healthcare
Location: Lancashire
This Motor Trade Dealership is seeking a professional Service Managers with at least 5 years previous experience as a Service Manager
Responsibilities will include:
Supervising and delegating workloads to the technians, Workshop Controller, Service Advisors
Ensuring that work is flowing through workshop efficiently and that targets and deadlines are achieved. Setting monthly targets, budgeting , month end reports, health & safety issues, plus being fully involved with the interviewing and selection procedures for the staffing of the dealership including employment offers, disciplinary, staff appraisals etc
Team building and staff motivation skills are a must; you must be outgoing, hardworking and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience within a Commercial dealer is essential and knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous.
