Job Description

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive retail professional to join the team. If you are looking for a real challenge with a market leading organisation, where you are valued then this could be for you.

Duties include:

 Responsible for the day-to-day financial and operational performance of the dealership
 Responsible for driving high customer satisfaction and relations from all departments across the site, as measured through CSI scores
 Achievement of agreed KPI's through effective business and people management
 Maintain and develop a positive and proactive relationship with manufacturer representatives
 To effectively manage ongoing change and be responsible for delivery of any change management projects at a dealership level
 Lead and develop the dealership management team

Key Requirements:

 The ability to translate business requirements into tangible action plans
 Computer literate
 Committed professional leading by example
 A full understanding of business culture and shared values
 Ability to consistently deliver bottom line performance
 Prepared to lead by example in all areas of the business
 Previous experience in a General Manager role desirable
