Job Description

My client, a highly sought after prestige dealership, based in the Hull area has a new and exciting position become available due for a Dealer Principal, who is ready to take on new challenges and lead this business to new heights.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure, achieve objectives, motivate all team members and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.  In addition, the candidate should have:-

• Sales expertise and be a strong experienced Leader who has the drive and determination to succeed.
• A proven track record, preferably in a prestige-driven dealership, with the ability to contribute to the success of our group.
• First class interpersonal skills combined with a credible leadership style.
• A 100% commitment to given and always go the extra mile.
• The ability to implement and control process change.
• The ability to build relationships at all levels with teams members, customers and Directors.
