Our client is a leading, national automotive retailer.  They are seeking a Sales Manager for one of their specialist commercial vehicle centres in Gloucestershire. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a critical leadership position and requires an individual who is able to generate impressive results by increasing sales of new and used vehicles.  Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site.   

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Please only apply if you have a settled career in commercial vehicle sales at senior level.  Other CVs will not be considered.

REWARDS:

circa £45,000 Basic, OTE £60,000 + car + healthcare + pension and share options
