Job Description

Parts Advisor Salary: £19 - £24k Hours: 8:00 - 18:00 mon-fri & 9:00 - 13:00 sat Location: London My prestigious client requires an experienced Parts Advisor at their dealership in London. The main job purpose is to source and supply vehicle parts efficiently for customers and workshop vehicles, meeting agreed sales volume targets and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities - Identify, locate, invoice and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments using the computer system. - To serve the customer in a polite and responsible manner and to ensure that payment is made to the Company's requirements and policies at that time. - Maintain standards in line with quality standards requirements. - Receive, record and bin parts and consumables from manufacturer and other suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock deliveries against agreed orders. - Administer parts invoices ensuring invoiced items are accountable. - Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail and trade customers. You will have have recent experience of working in a parts department of a franchised car dealership doing; goods inwards, retail and trade sales, stock control and allocation.
