Job Description

Duties;
To take ownership and responsibility of the management of the fleet disposal process both by physical and web auctions.
To Contribute to discussion on what fleet vehicles should be disposed of in line with business needs and profitability.
To Assess the financial implication of fleet disposable and instruct when to de fleet vehicles.
To Decide on the most appropriate route to market based on knowledge of vehicle specification, historical data and market place activities.
To Upload all vehicle specifications on to the web based auction site including accurate descriptions and photographs.
To Physically appraise vehicles before sale to ensure no damage or issues.
To Chase any outstanding payments.
To Deliver cars to trade - ensuring they have all the relevant paperwork including log book, keys etc.
To Deal with any mileage and car condition discrepancies.

Reponsibilities;
The assignment of additional responsibility will be agreed at the beginning of each company initiative or project.
Additional responsibility may be agreed on a temporary or permanent basis to meet the business programmes of growth or support individuals development.
To carry out reasonable tasks as requested by line manager.
To take responsibility for the Health and Safety of yourself and others whilst at work
