Due to continued expansion, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

HCP International provides complete automotive recruitment services at all levels - from administration and trainee technicians to sales executives, management through to managing directors and chief executives.

The Role
As a recruitment consultant your role is to work with both clients and candidates to facilitate a successful match. Whether you're advising one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers on a candidate sourcing strategy or helping a candidate take the next step in their career, this exciting and rewarding role will set you on the path for success.

Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting telephone sales calls and face-to-face meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilisation of our recruitment services.
Developing new business opportunities with recruiting managers.
Recruiting, hiring and placing automotive professionals in permanent, contract and temporary positions with our clients.
Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Providing market knowledge and advice to clients
Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, head-hunting, resourcing, advertising and referrals
Maintaining candidate networks
Providing CV, interview and career advice to candidates
Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
Working as part of a team to maximise HCP's commercial performance
Developing and managing on-going client relationships - both on the phone and face to face
