Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies:
My automotive client requires a PRESTIGE Service Administrator / Receptionist for their Motor Trade Service Department.
You will be required to:
Take incoming bookings and enquiries coming into the Service Department
You will make outbound calls to existing customers on the database promoting services, safety checks, MOT’s, arranging recalls and upselling labour time and parts.
Manage the customer database
Work to meet Targets and Deadlines
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and well organised. You will enjoy working with customers, both face to face and over the telephone. You will be computer literate, preferably with Kerridge experience.
The successful candidate will enjoy working with customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone using our in-house computer system.
A smart appearance and attention to detail are also pre-requisites for this role.
Motor Trade experience preferred for this Prestige Motor Trade Dealership
