Salary- £13-15k OTE
Automotive Jobs/Motor Trade Vacanicies:
Objectives:
•Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the After Sales.
•Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
•Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Dealership, manufacturer and industry guidelines
•Help the Dealership achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency
•Assist the Service Manager in the efficient and profitable operation of the marketing function for the After Sales areas, with primary focus on the Service Department
•Maximise sales opportunities in the Service Department through telesales, follow-up and cold calling.
•Actively sell the service department products and services re-enforcing customer
•Conduct specific telemarketing campaigns as directed by the Service Manager
•Telephone all customers one month prior to the expiry of their warranty and sell extended warranties.
