Experienced Motor Trade Aftersales Telemarketer Wimbledon, South West London Monday- Friday 8:00-18:00 Sat am on rota Salary - £16-17k, OTE £19k Our client is a busy main dealer in SW London known for its class leading customer service. The dealerships team is crucial to their success. With this in mind they are looking for an exceptional individual to work within their busy Service Department. This role is key to the future development of the dealership. You will be required to: Make outbound calls to exsisting customers on their database promoting services, safety checks, MOTs, arranging recalls and upselling labour time and parts. Assist the Service Advisors taking incoming bookings and enquiries Provide cover for Service Advisors dealing with Customers coming into the Service Department Manage the customer database Deal with retail & fleet customers Work to meet Targets and Deadlines This role would ideally suit someone with call centre / telesales experience, motor trade experience is preferable but not essential. This job can be very demanding so someone with a strong character and positive out look is essential! You must be an organized individual looking to work as part of a dynamic team.
