Experienced Motor Trade Call Centre Operative Leeds

Mon- Friday 8-6, Sat am on rota

£15,500 + bonus, £17,500 OTE

Our client a franchised main car dealership in Leeds is looking for an experienced Call Centre Operative to work within their busy Service Department.
You will be required to take incoming calls for customers wish to book their car in for service and repair within their aftersales department, make out going calls to existing customers on the database reminding them of services and MOTs due booking them in and upselling services, repair, warranties and accessories where necessary. Also arranging bodyshop repairs, courtesy cars, collections and deliveries. You will be required to liase with the service advisors, workshop controller and other members of staff reporting to the service manager.

A polite, professional mannered, organized individual with a call centre background is desired for this important role within the dealership. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential.
