Motor Trade General Manager Motorcycle Dealership, Taunton, Somerset. £30k + OTE

Monday-Saturday 08:30-18:00, Closed Sundays Day off Every other Week

Motor Trade Jobs/Automotive Vacancies: A leading automotive retail group is seeking a current General Manager for their busy Motorcycle dealership.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a critical leadership position and requires an individual who is able to generate impressive results by increasing sales of new and used Motorcycles. Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of staff members to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceed the planned profitability of the site. You will be responsible for the growth and development of all departments within the dealership and you will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance. Hard work and dedication is required for this role along with a proven track record in Motorcycle dealership management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: This role is challenging yet rewarding and suitable only for a top quality General Manager who is currently working in a franchised main dealer.
