We are looking for a talented product manager with a deep understanding of web development and ecommerce for the role of Senior Product Manager. The main focus of the role is on the online sales process and selling of value added services. It includes selling a high ticket item, an automated part exchange valuation and an online finance application and approval process. All three have to be integrated for a successful sale. Getting this sales process right has a massive impact on the conversion rate and profitability of the Autoquake website and the satisfaction of the car buyer.

 

The online sales process is complemented with a call centre environment and potential hybrid tools such as online chat. It is important that these are seamlessly integrated with the online process to maximize conversion rates and as product manager you will be involved in helping develop and perfect these processes.

 

You will be responsible for the build out of Autoquakes sales process and service offering, developing and rolling out new services. You will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas and product vision based on your experience and your contact with customers and prospects. 

 

You will work with an engineering counterparts to define product release requirements. You will work with the rest of the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
