JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Originate process improvement design specifications and possible alternatives to existing processes
§ Develop and manage projects through to completion within agreed timescales
§ Implement performance metrics including measuring, reporting and acting upon process performance results for sales, vehicle preparation and delivery.
§ Work with the development team on further automation of tasks in the handover centres focusing on e commerce solutions and lean / agile solutions
§ Encourage innovation / open minded and creative development of the E commerce proposition.
§ Focus on customer satisfaction programs through entire process experience to achieve industry leading net promoter scores and CRM strategy.
§ Develop and implement rigorous processes that are consistent across all sites and easily replicated in new sites
§ Ensuring Quality exists in all aspects of the business from Listings on the WEB through to customer issue management by the Handover centres / Contact Centre.
§ Develop consistent customer centric processes across the e commerce and physical environment.
Ideally you will have Quality control and or production management/ Motor industry experience at General Management level or relevant management experience within a different market sector. You will have project amangement/ISO9002, an understanding of Financial Services and an understanding of Six Sigma. Experience of contact centres would be an advantage.
