Our Client is the UKs leading online used car retailer that is revolutionising the £34 billion used car industry .
It is the first company to offer consumers the ability to buy a used car online and have it delivered to their doorstep. The website clearly and accurately displays all vehicles through a virtual showroom, giving buyers complete peace of mind that what they see is exactly what they will get.
They are now expanding and are looking for additional Handover Executives at their new Leeds site.
Applicants would be responsible for assisting with
Processing stock data on a day-to-day basis
Vehicle taxation
Documentation management & completion
Handling customer vehicle viewings
Handing over sold vehicles
General customer liaison
Payment handling
Stock management in conjunction with Technical Operations support colleagues
Reports collation and customer follow-up
Knowledge of cars and the Motor Trade would be an advantage. A requirement to work well as a team member is necessary together with the ability to use personal initiative & work unsupervised. Individuals would need to be Sales minded with regard to selling warranties and insurance protection and possess excellent people skills.
The package our client is offering is 16k Basic + OTE 24k. Applicants would be working 9-6 with an hour for lunch on a 40hr week and would need to be flexible to meet demands of the business which may mean weekends and evenings with time off in lieu.
