Senior General Manager (Multi-Franchise) - Qatar, Middle East
Significant tax free remuneration + Accommodation + Car + Package
Our client is the sole distributor for Renault, Nissan and Infiniti in the State of Qatar, employing 900 people and responsible for the sale of over 15,000 vehicles per annum with significant growth plans.
As part of their ongoing success and growth they require senior motor trade professionals looking to embark upon a new challenge and lifestyle
This role reports directly to the shareholders and assumes ultimate responsibility for the performance of all three manufacturers. With a team of General Managers / Brand Managers you will guide and drive the business both strategically and operationally. Due to the scale, this role is aimed at and suited to candidates who have operated at the very highest level. Likely you will have directed General Managers within a group regional or director role in a multi-site / multi-franchise environment. French or Japanese manufacturer experience, or previous experience working in the Middle East is preferable, but not essential for those with the above experience who would relish the opportunity to transfer and commit their skills and experience into this environment.
Salary is completely negotiable and our client will remunerate as required to retain the right individual. Package to include a tax free salary, fully furnished suitable apartment / villa, fully maintained car, medical insurance and performance related bonus. Additionally, annual family business-class return tickets to the UK will be provided.
