Our Client is a prominent automobile distributor and have an immediate vacancy for a professional Human Resources Manager.
- Post Graduate / MBA in Personnel Management / HR
- Between 33 - 40 years
- Ideally fluent in English & Arabic (verbal and written)
- 5 - 7 years experience in a reputed organisation at middle management level
- Able to demonstrate and manage day-to-day HR operations in a complex and diverse business environment
- Develop and implement the HR strategy which supports the delivery of the Group of Companies strategic business plans
- Able to drive performance based work culture across the business
- Prepare and Implement HR policies and procedures manual for the Group of Companies
- Manage the provision of all HR operational support to the Group of Companies including human capital management, development, employee relations, internal communications, technical training etc..
- Lead and develop a high quality HR team to deliver the HR Vision and provide excellent professional support to the business
- Drive syntegration with the rest of the Company towards achieving the Group's Mission & Vision
