Vehicle Sales Administrator £17k (phone number removed) Edinburgh

Based in the Edinburgh area working for a successful prestige dealership.

Duties will include:
Responsible for ensuring system and method in all administrative matters relating to sales.
Ensure effective manufacturer contract to deal with administration details.
Maintain clarity and precision in all transactions.
Ensure accurate records are kept and updated daily.
Ensure that on first contact, any customer, regular, new or potential, receives a pleasant and courteous welcome.
Ensure that customers' needs are dealt with promptly.
Record and pass all messages expeditiously and accurately.
Ensure outgoing communication is dealt with promptly.
Maintain a collected composure when under stress.
Ensure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible.
