Motor Trade HR Manager Required for Newton Abbott, Devon.
Salary: £6-£9 Per Hour
Automotive Jobs/Motor Trade Vacancies:
Our client is looking for an experienced HR manager, provisionally to cover for maternity leave.
The role will be demanding, yet extremely stimulating in terms of content and the opportunity to become fully involved in a divisional management team responsible for driving the business forward in a proactive way.
You will have a proven track record of achievement in HR, supported by a thorough understanding of employment law and people management processes. You will be an excellent coach and communicator, with a desire to achieve quality results.
Previous motor trade experience is highly desirable although not essential.
