Our Client a Prestige Franchised Group Dealership require an experienced Service team manager to join their busy team of 5 service advisors. Working both front and back counters providing first class customer service both face to face and over the telephone. Meeting and greeting customers and organising their experience on visiting this German Prestige brand seeing to all their requirments and liaising with the workshop technicians to ensure an excellent service is provided to the customer at all times. Kerridge knowledge desirable, immediate start available.
