Our client a leading German brand franchised group dealership have a requirement for a Service Booking Advisor in their busy Service Depatment. You will be a valuable team member being the first point of contact either face to face or over the telephone providing first class customer service. You will be resposible for collecting vital customer data and entering accurate details on the management system, arranging courtersy cars, giving progress reports and liaising with the workshop. Immediate start available.
