An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Aromask Recruitment, formed over five years ago and experiencing phenomenal growth, we are now looking for an Experienced Commercial Consultant to complement our existing team.
Our motor division has achieved superb success offering a professional and honest service, renowned throughout the market place and we are now looking to recruit an Experienced Commercial Recruitment Consultant, with previous experience in a busy and challenging agency.
Working in an extremely rewarding, demanding, but friendly office environment, you should be ambitious, able to achieve set targets, have excellent communication skills, able to work well under pressure, able to prioritise your own workload and work on your own initiative as well as within a team environment. Dedication and reliability are paramount as well as a conscientious hard working attitude with strength of character.
Continuing the expansion of our commercial division, specialising in recruiting for permanent vacancies within the West Yorkshire area. You will be responsible for managing your own business section with emphasis on developing strong client and candidate relationships. You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment including generating new business, interviewing candidates, visiting clients and providing exemplary client services.

An excellent basic salary is available, dependant on experience with Uncapped Commission OTE £30-35k, working Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm and 20 days holiday per year.
