Receptionist for Prestige Bodyshop based in Surrey Reg: DD35455 Salary: £16,000 - £17,000K + Excellent Benefits Location: Surrey Temp Perm Position This client, a successful and well established body shop based in the Surrey area is looking for a Receptionist with 1 2 years reception experience ideally within the motor trade, although this is not an essential requirement. The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record within customer services!!! This is a fabulous position in to work for an excellent Bodyshop within this busy but vibrant company. The position is a very customer facing role so the candidate must be professional with an immaculate appearance at all times. On a daily basis, your role will include; o Meeting and Greeting clients o Answering telephones in a professional manner and relaying messages to relevant personnel o Data Entry; Computer literacy is an essential requirement o General administrative duties o Liaising with customers with regards to Work In Progress and claims o Maintaining an immaculate Reception area at all times Our client is looking for a confident individual, with a bubbly and friendly personality.
