Job Description

Our client requires a front of house Receptionist for their busy car dealership Surrey. Our client is a prestige car dealership who offers long term career progression and company benefits to their employees.



The main duties will be:

To meet and greet customers and to provide a high level of customer service during a customer|amp;#39;s visit

Assist customers with their needs, e.g. parts, service etc and make sure that the relevant person attends to them

Make sure that customers are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner

Answer and transfer telephone calls to the relevant department/ person via the switchboard

Any ad hoc aftersales administration, required my the Aftersales Manager



Skills:

Good customer service skills.

Smart and tidy in appearance with a pleasant courteous manner.

Good administrative skills, as this role will handle important working documents.

Ability to work a telephone switchboard

Excellent people and computer skills

Familiarity with Kerridge, Point of Sale, Marketing and Workshop Loading would be a major advantage.



You can expect to earn 16.5k p/a
