An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to take on a role with a difference. Based in the Surrey area working for a successful dealer group. Duties will include |amp;middot;%9Responsible for ensuring all administrative matters relating to sales are completed as per company requirements. |amp;middot;bility to use computer packages relating to the taxation of cars ie AFROL |amp;middot;nsure effective manufacturer contract to deal with administration details. |amp;middot;%9Maintain clarity and precision in all transactions. |amp;middot;nsure accurate records are kept and updated daily. |amp;middot;nsure that on first contact, any customer, regular, new or potential, receives a pleasant and courteous welcome. |amp;middot;nsure that customers' needs are dealt with promptly. |amp;middot;%9Record and pass all messages expeditiously and accurately. |amp;middot;nsure outgoing communication is dealt with promptly. |amp;middot;%9Maintain a collected composure when under stress. |amp;middot;nsure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible. |amp;middot;ssisting customers with queries and delivering the highest levels of customer service If you are interested in the role, please send your CV to (email address removed) or call on (phone number removed)
