This post holder will be responsible for the curriculum area and will be expected to apply their own initiative to ensure the continous improvement, development and growth of this area in line with the College's Strategic Plan. You will have line manager responsibility for curriculum staff and teams and will be responsible for their leadership, motivation and development to ensure that the aims of thje College are met. Other responsabilities are for the operational management of all aspects of the curriculum area ensuring high quality provision, effective and efficient use of resources and flexible, student centred delivery.
