Job Description

Our client, a large main dealer based in Preston is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy time.

It is essential that you have a good level of education coupled with 1-2 years administration experience, preferably within the Motor trade.

The ideal candidate will be organised, hard working and methodical with the ability to work individually whilst using their own initiative. Your day to day duties will include:-

• Taking all incoming calls from customers and transferring to relevant personnel
• Ensuring all invoices have all the correct parts and labour charges before processing
• Responsible for dealing with any general enquires
• Ensuring relevant services are carried out on all vehicles

You will also be the type of person who is looking for a progressional position and willing to take on new challenges
