Sales Support Administrator
We are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our busy specialised Recruitment Agency based in Thorpe St Andrew NR7.
The ideal applicant will have an upbeat enthusiastic, positive personality, an excellent telephone manner with ability to communicate at every level and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
You will be providing support to the consultants and Accounts department as well as fulfilling your administration duties.
You will need to be computer literate, have extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages and the internet.
You will be required to complete Credit Control duties such as calling clients and enquiring about outstanding invoices, and offer cover to accounts in the event of their absence.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience and hours are 8.45am-6.15pm Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break. We also offer free parking.
To be considered for the position you must have strong administration skills and experience of Sage 50 would be an advantage.
