Motor Trade Job: Service/Warranty Administrator
Salary: £12k-14k Basic
Our client is a busy prestige main car dealership in Norwich who require a very experienced administrator.
The successful candidate’s responsibility will be to process all the admin paperwork involved in motor trade warranty and service. You will produce claims for work covered by a form of insurance guarantee or warranty, for submission to the manufacturer or appropriate company for payment. You will book in vehicles for service, deal with customers both on the telephone and face to face.
You will be expected to provide a professional administration service that contributes to complete customer satisfaction.
The successful applicant will have a motor vehicle background, with an up-to-date knowledge of admin procedures.
As well as being computer literate, you will also have a proven track record of producing work to a high standard of accuracy. You will be of smart appearance and able to converse with a range of customers.
