Sales Administrator for Prestigious Motor Trade Dealership based in South West London

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 + Bonuses + Excellent Benefits
Location: South West London

MUST HAVE MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

This prestigious car dealership is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic sales administrator with the ability to juggle various tasks at once in a fast paced Sales Administration Department. You must have at least 1-2 years recent Sales Administration experience working within a main franchised dealership.
Working as part of a friendly down to earth team you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a keen team player. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are also essential qualities needed for this position...

Your duties will include:
To provide full support to the sales team
Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly
Organising Pre-delivery inspections, number plates and additional workshop fittings
Raising vehicle files and coordinating the movement of vehicles
Preparing and producing trade invoices
Liaising with DVLA regarding tax discs and vehicle registration
Maintain new and used stock efficiently.
Deal with daily banking of deposits
Ensuring all deadlines set by manufacturer are adhered to.
