Job Description

This well established and professional dealership based in Middlesex is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and energetic Motor Trade Sales Administrator with the ability to juggle various tasks at once in a fast paced Sales Department. You must have at least 1 years recent Sales Administration experience working within a main franchised dealership coupled with the experience of taxing vehicles on the AFRL system. Your main responsibilities will include providing a vital link between the customer and the sales team, keeping accurate records of all orders, organise vehicle deliveries, and assist customers with order update information, and processing customer orders..
Working as part of a friendly down to earth team you will need to possess excellent communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative as well as being a keen team player. Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are also essential qualities needed for this position...
Your duties will include:
To provide full support to the sales team
Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed correctly
Organising Pre-delivery inspections, number plates and additional workshop fittings
Raising vehicle files and coordinating the movement of vehicles
Preparing and producing trade invoices
Raising requisitions for new and used vehicles
Maintain new and used stock efficiently.
Ensuring all deadlines set by the manufacturer are adhered to.
