Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator. You will need to be enthusiastic and a team player with Kerridge experience. The job role/requirements include: .Invoicing the sale accurately and ensuring that the necessary paperwork is complete before, during and after the hand-over .Complete all the RFL paperwork, chase insurance documents and service histories and arrange hand-over packs .Control RFL refunds ensuring that all funds are cleared and receipted .Administration and up-dating stock on the system and processing Warranty paperwork .Provide administration cover for the Accounts Administrator .Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure a quality experience is delivered to all contacts at all times .Accurate computer/keyboard skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
