Salary: £19,000-£21,000 Basic pro rata £10.00ph + Excellent Bonus
Location: West London
Our client a highly prestigious Motor Car Dealership based in West London area requires an experienced part time Client Liaison Executive to join their busy professional established team. You will be working Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm You must have a minimum of two years recent experience in a Customer Service role ideally within a call centre environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are paramount for this position as you will need to be a confident relationship builder at all levels, able to influence and advise customers whilst delivering a first class service. You must be self motivated with a high level of initiative and efficiency couple with excellent people skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required coupled with the ability to resolve any problems to satisfactory conclusion.
Our client is looking for an experienced Client Liaison Executive, who will be responsible to ensure that at all times the company exceed the customer’s expectations by providing the highest level of customer care regarding communication and to ensure at all times you present a courteous, professional service to customers when taking incoming queries and enquires by telephone and seeing these through to completion.
You must be enthusiastic, friendly and good with computers and have an excellent customer service approach. You will be answering customer enquires and resolving customer queries.
