Job Description

Bi-lingual PA required for High Flying Motor Company -NW London
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000k Basic 10% Bonus of £35k Car Fuel Bupa Pension Family Car Scheme.

Our client a highly successful Motor Company, are looking to recruit an experienced PA to work for the MD of this automotive group. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years experience as a PA at director level. You must have fast accurate typing skills, excellent systems knowledge and must also be fluent in french both written and orally. This is a true PA role where the director will give a lot of responsibility to the PA and must be able to trust that they will complete the work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of the PA are as follows:

v Dealing with and vetting all incoming calls
v Dealing with queries
v Dealing with the day to day post
v Compiling own correspondence when necessary
v Dealing with travel arrangements, bookings and appointments
v Managing small projects fir the director and ensuring satisfactory closure
