MANAGING DIRECTOR - ASIA | SIX FIGURE PACKAGE | HCP INTERNATIONAL

My Client is one of Asia's fastest growing and respected groups with diversified interests. They are also a successful motor group with an envious portfolio of top brands and ambitious plans to become one of Asia's leading luxury motor car retailer, they have a exciting and immediate opportunity for a individual to head their retail automotive business as Managing Director, with responsibility for further developing the business in terms of a strong team, processes and systems, new locations, additional brands (Bentley, Lamborghini, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston Martin, etc.).

Role & Responsibilities: Business Leadership

-Provides leadership and overall direction to the automotive retail businesses to ensure achievement of financial goals and manufacturer relationships, and customer satisfaction objectives.
-Responsible for strategic planning, business development and training/development of employees; coordinates with Marketing and other functional groups to accomplish goals.
-Possesses good understanding of financials.
-Provides & demonstrates leadership and coaching of staff in building effective relationships and in providing useful, ethical advice and guidance.
-Must be able to achieve a balance between business traffic and service needs and promoting a "customer first" environment.

Role & Responsibilities: Management & Administration

-Able to operate in one of the world's fastest-changing and emerging environments which may involve matrix management, cross-border, cross-country client relationships as well as complicated regulatory requirements.
-Designs effective work processes through innovative applications of technology and personal resources.
-Resolves complex issues across business units and enterprises; establishes escalation procedures both internally and externally.

Role & Responsibilities: Oversight and Control

-Performs all management responsibilities in accordance with corporate policies and procedures; serves as resource on all related matters.
-Monitors key business and performance indicators on weekly/monthly basis; oversee operations to ensure integrity, accuracy and appropriate controls.
-Works with manufacturers and dealership management to resolve issues comments.

Who we're looking for?

-Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership skills and excellent resolution skills; ability to make sound decisions quickly and under pressure.
-Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organisational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively at all levels.
-Experience with acquiring motor franchises and negotiating terms with manufacturers
-Currently an Operations Director / Franchise Director / Group General Manager with responsibility for multiple franchises which must include prestige, niche and/or sports car brands
-Ability to work on multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
